When you create an account with Beki, we are required to collect some information on you before you can use Our Services. Our records may include all or some of the following information about you:

  • Details of your correspondence with Beki and any other information you have given to us.
  • Details of your transactions and other activities carried out on Our Services.
  • Details of your visits to our websites and/or Apps including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, IP address, device ID, web logs, page views, ad data and other similar data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise; and
  • Your response to marketing campaigns from us or through our third parties.
  • Any additional personal data you voluntarily provide to us.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or process:

  • Special categories of personal data (e.g., race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, health, biometric data, sexual orientation, political opinions, or trade union membership).
  • Information about criminal convictions or offenses.
  • Personal data of individuals under 18 years of age.


How Do We Use Your Personal Data?

We may use information held about you in the following ways:

  • To help us identify you and any accounts you hold with us.

  • To make our websites and services easier to use by removing the need for you to enter repeatedly the same information.

We may anonymise the personal information that we hold about you so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you. This is so that we can compile, analyse and disclose to third parties aggregated metrics, data and trends related to the use of Beki’s offerings.

Use of User Data for AI and Machine Learning (ML) Models

Beki does not use any user data collected via integrated third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google services, for the purpose of developing, improving, or training any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

We do not process user data for:

  • Training personalized or non-personalized/generalized AI/ML models
  • Improving or optimizing AI/ML algorithms
  • Enhancing third-party AI/ML tools

User data is used solely to enable the core functionalities of the Beki platform, as explicitly authorized by the user and in compliance with applicable platform policies and privacy regulations.

Use of Google APIs and Limited Use Disclosure

Beki’s integration with Google services is strictly limited to providing user-requested functionalities within the platform.

We comply fully with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and do not use any data obtained from Google APIs for advertising, model training, or data resale.

User data accessed through Google APIs is used solely to deliver core app functionality, with no transfer to unauthorized third parties and no use in developing or training AI/ML models.

Use of APIs from Productivity Suites (e.g., Google Workspace)

Beki integrates with third-party APIs (such as those from productivity and communication platforms) only to deliver specific user-requested features within the platform.

We do not use data obtained via such APIs—including Google Workspace APIs—for training or improving any personalized or generalized AI/ML models. We strictly comply with the relevant API policies, including Google’s API Services User Data Policy, and restrict the use of sensitive scopes accordingly.

Data Transfer to Third-Party AI Tools

Beki does not transfer any user data obtained through third-party APIs (e.g., Google Workspace APIs) to external AI/ML tools for the purpose of model training, inferencing, enrichment, or profiling.

Where operational support requires limited third-party access (e.g., for infrastructure or technical services), it is:

  • Governed by data processing agreements
  • Restricted to specific, non-AI-processing use cases
  • Fully compliant with applicable data protection laws and platform partner policies

Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

We process your personal data based on the following lawful grounds:

  • Consent: Where you have given explicit consent, such as for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@infomo.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
  • Contractual Necessity: To perform agreements with you or take steps at your request before entering an agreement.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws or regulations.
  • Legitimate Interests: For our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided your rights do not override these interests. Examples include internal administration, staff training, marketing, and security monitoring.

With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?

Subject to relevant data processing agreements, and in full compliance with data protection regulation, Infomo may share your personal data with:

  • Members of our group: which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, together with their employees or agents.
  • Service Providers: Suppliers, business partners, and subcontractors who assist in delivering our Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, or customer support).
  • Analytics Providers: Search engines and web analytics tools to improve our Services.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be disclosed to advisors or prospective buyers and transferred to new owners.

How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?
